How old are your students exactly? How many are they?
I teach to a group of seconde. They are 28 and have quite a good level in English for most of them.
I teach to a very small group of première. They are 6.
And to 12 students of Terminale. It's just that for them it might be more difficult to organize some kind of exchange as they have the back at the end of the school year and we are already really late in our program....
I teach in the north east suburbs of Paris, in Bondy. Many of my students are, or have parents from other countries (Maghreb, Africa, Asia). They are very nice and it's actually very interesting and enriching to have such a diversity of backgrounds in the classroom.
For your trip to Paris, if you need I could maybe find some host families among my students' families for you, but I have to talk to the principal about the project first and see how to organize it.
The only thing is that you have to know that we are not in Paris. You have to take the RER for 15mn or tramway and metro to go to Paris. And it's not a rich suburb at all. But many of my students come from the middle class and could probably host an american student for a few days.
About coming to the USA. It would be wonderful! Then, it's just a matter of cost... because the trip is quite expensive... It wouldn't be for ths school year anyway.
I've just sent you a private message to give you my email address, so that we can be in touch in private to talk about the exchange. If you want I'm on facebook too, my profile picture is the same as my page here.
Hi! I'm teaching English near Bordeaux in France and I'd like to settle a partnership with an American school for my 8th and 9th grade students who are very good at English. Would you be interested? If you are please contact me. Bye. Nathalie Antien
I am teaching in English in the suburbs of Paris, and would like to know if you or one of your fellow teachers would be interested in a long-term partnership with our highschool. My students are bet. 16 and 17. We're taking our students to Washington D.C and NYC in a week but we'd LOVE to create a partnership with another American high school as of spring 2015. We'd be happy to host American students in French families and go to the US and be hosted by American families too. If you're interested, please get back to me. We are more than motivated to make it happen.

Hi! I am a French teacher in the USA and normally take my students to France in the spring to stay with host families. We have had a partnership with a lycée, and they cannot host us this year, so I am looking for a school that is willing to have an exchange for this school year only. Anywhere is France is fine. As for us, we are in an urban high school in North Carolina, about 1 hour from Charlotte. We have between 12-15 students who are involved in this exchange.

I teach English in a french Middle School of Guadeloupe ( a friendly and lovely Caribbean Island - French West Indies). I assist our P.E. teacher on his Basket Ball class project. Last year, he launched a very successful Basket Ball class in our school. We would like to push it further next year by creating connections with an American Middle School from Miami, Orlando, New-York, Boston, Baltimore or Washington. The…
