Connecticut School Looking for French Carribbean, Quebec Exchange

I am a high school French teacher in West Hartford, Connecticut, USA, who is looking for Skyping with a French school. We would like to Skype 50% French/50% English.  So we are looking for partners with CEGEP's in Quebec, or other French schools in Canada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane Francaise, who share our Eastern Time Zone +/- 1 hour.
