'Friends' to 'Colleagues'

Just a note to let you know we are changing the 'friends' title to 'colleagues'; while we hope that many of you will develop long-lasting friendships, we thought the title of colleagues was more fitting for the purpose of the site (and distinguishes it a bit from the 'friend' sites such as facebook, MySpace, etc.).
